... is the original indoor cycling program that is both fun and effective. There are no complicated choreography moves to learn and no helmet required! All fitness levels are welcome. You set the resistance and pace right for you for the class. Positive and invigorating music coupled with encouragement and motivation will help you burn calories and reach your fitness goals. This is a great program to use as a cardiorespiratory training program by itself or to compliment your cross training fitness regime.
*If you are a first time Spinning® participant, please arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike set up and instruction before the class starts.
Intro to Spinning® Free class offered to first time Spinning® participants on the 1st Saturday of every month. Proper bike set up and technique instruction will be reviewed complete with a brief mini ride at the end of class.
