Depending on the terrain and training purpose for the class, participants will complete a 30 minute workout in one of the 5 Spinning® Energy Zones: Recovery, Endurance, Interval, Strength, or Race Day. With the use of the resistance knob and pace, hills and flats and speed work can be incorporated to develop and increase cardiorespiratory fitness, leg strength and efficient metabolism.
You will complete a 30 minute ride and then come off of the bike for 15 minutes of strength training for the core and major muscle groups utilizing body weight and resistance bands. This is a great total body workout!
