Calling all WALKERS and RUNNERS! Fall is the perfect time to get 5k FIT! This 8-week training program is perfect for those wanting to establish a strong fitness walking regime, new runners and those needing to get back into being "5k ready".
You can choose to WALK the entire time or use WALK / JOG / RUN INTERVALS that will progress each week with the goal of running a 5k at the end of the 8 weeks.
ALL levels welcome! Cost is FREE!
