Welcome to Redefine Fitness!

We offer group exercise classes to the community of Tallahassee through our Health and Wellness Ministry at Thomasville Road Baptist Church. We believe that fitness is so much more than just taking care of the physical body we are given. Fitness also includes nourishing and strengthening our spiritual soul as well. Our passion is to encourage people through group exercise to become physically and spiritually strong so that they are fit to live life fully and make a radical impact for Christ in the world around us.

Registering for Classes

Due to limited capacity, online reservations are now required for all classes.
Please utilize the wait list feature if the class happens to be full. If we get a cancellation, we will notify you that a spot has opened up!
If you are sick or not feeling well, thank you for cancelling your class online to avoid a deduction from your class pass plan. This will also allow us to offer your spot to someone on the wait list.

Before You Visit

Reserve your class online.
Bring a water bottle.
Bring your own workout towel.
If you have a personal mat, you are encouraged to bring it to class (non Spinning classes).
If you are feeling unwell and/or experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, stay home and rest. Thank you for cancelling your class online.

During Your Visit

Mats and exercise equipment will be set up for you before you arrive to minimize movement in the equipment closet.
Please minimize personal items brought into the facilities.
Wash/sanitize your hands before and after class.
Wipe down all touch points on equipment before and after class with disinfectant wipes provided.
