Whether you are new to running, or just need a reset to get 5k Fit, it's time to join together and encourage one another as we work towards completing a 5k race. You can choose to walk the entire time or complete walk/run intervals that will progress each week towards the goal of running a 5k at the end of the 8 weeks. Come out and find out why fitness is so much more fun with friends!
