Training groups are back!
Calling all runners and walkers!
Whether you are new to running, or just need a reset to get 5K Fit, it's time to lace up your running shoes and encourage one another as we prepare to complete a 5K race. This 5K training will consist of walk/run intervals and will progress each week towards the goal of running a 5K at the end of 8 weeks.
WHO: Anyone, any level
WHERE: Meet at Thomasville Road Baptist Church Courtyard in front of the Adult Wing
WHEN: Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. beginning September 11th
